Plain language, no legalese: here is exactly what happens to the information and recipes you share with us - and the promise we make about keeping them confidential.
We treat your recipe like it's our own.
When you ask us to make a product, you are trusting us with something you may have spent years perfecting. We take that seriously. We use what you share only to prepare your quote and make your product, we never sell it, and we are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send us anything sensitive.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter - your name, company, email and phone - when you request a quote or reach out through the contact form.
- Formula and project details you build in the quote tool - ingredients, quantities, dosage form and packaging - so we can price and produce your product.
- Basic site usage - if analytics are enabled, we see anonymous, aggregate numbers (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from) to improve the site. This is not tied to your identity.
How we use it
Strictly to serve you: to prepare a quote, answer your questions, manufacture your product, and keep the records our GMP and 21 CFR Part 111 obligations require. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Edens Answers except where it is genuinely needed to make and ship your order (for example, a shipping carrier).
Your formula's confidentiality
Recipes and specifications you share are handled on a need-to-know basis inside our team and are never disclosed to other clients. Before you send anything you consider a trade secret, just ask - we will put a mutual NDA in place first. Your formula is yours; we manufacture it, we don't claim it.
Keeping it secure
Our site is encrypted (the padlock in your browser), and the customer account area is private and password-protected - each client sees only their own projects, documents and certificates. Your account and project records are kept out of public search engines.
Cookies & analytics
We keep this light. The site uses only the cookies needed to run properly and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that count visits without identifying you. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email us and we will take care of it.
